Model Baldrige Education Excellence Model (BEEM) RIPPLES P3 Cascading Model | Characteristics Consists of seven criteria, leadership; strategic planning; student, stakeholder and market focus; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; faculty and staff focus; process management; and organisational performance results This is an acronym for the seven components of the model: Resources, Infrastructure, People, Policies, Learning, Evaluation, and Support.
